An area of low pressure will move through the region today and with plenty of moisture and instability, showers and thunderstorms will develop through the afternoon. Some storms may be strong to severe with large hail and damaging winds. Highs should reach the upper 70s. Storms will come to an end tonight but clouds and some patchy fog will remain with lows in the 60s.

Wednesday will feature a weak cold front that will pass through the area in the late afternoon and evening. A stray storm is possible with highs in the lower 80s. Thursday and Friday will be beautiful to end the work week with sunny skies, lower humidity levels and temperatures in the mid to upper 70s.
