Skies will remain clear during the overnight hours as an area of high pressure moves away from the mid-Atlantic. A cold front will bring a wide range of temperatures Sunday with highs in the 30s in the mountains to lower 50s further east. A second cold front is poised to move across the region on Inauguration and Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with highs near 40 degrees along with a chance for flurries and snow showers. At this time, accumulation will be very limited with a dusting possible.

Arctic cold air will drop daytime highs into the 20s Tuesday and Wednesday.
