      OK a quick update but our thinking about the Saturday "storm" has not changed.{} Yesterday's storm now just east of Boston and dumping heavy snow into Maine.{}

      {}After the long dry pattern we are now sure in a more active pattern.{}The next storm is just beginning to form in the western plains and everything indicates that this will be a real fast mover.{} Here is the latest simulations of the the rain/snow line Saturday morning{}

      {}{}That rain/snow line is still very close to Washington Saturday morning and everything points to a second storm forming off North Carolina and racing to the east so any snow will be with us for only a few hours.{} Still hope snow lovers but likely only 1" of wet snow in the general area.{} We'll keep you posted.
