The arctic express is making a run towards us and will usher in the coldest air we've seen in 2 years.{ } Thankfully it held off for MLK Day and the Inauguration.{ } Temperatures will make it into the middle 40s this afternoon with increasing clouds ahead of the front.{ } A few late day sprinkles and evening{ }snow showers are expected.{ }Enough to possibly add to the excitment in the city. Bitter cold temperatures will settle into the region Monday and Tuesday with the thermometer bottoming out on Wednesday morning in the teens.{ }However, it will FEEL colder on Tuesday morning because of the wind.{ } Wind Chill factor may drop into the single digits at times.{ } Here's a look at the forecast low temperatures on Tuesday morning.{ }
