      Adam has written about this "Clipper Craze" the current pattern with weak waves moving near us with light snow or flurries.{ } I know I should not use this to rant but there are NO ADVISORIES for the D.C. area and no snow!! So why are we throwing down more tons of salt tonight?{ } This was in Arlington.{ }

      Yes we have had some snow this winter and public officals do have to keep us safe.{ } But should we expect every small possibity of snow to be met with an expenditure of this much salt on the roads and at what cost?{ } If we get a bit of snow overnight-drive slowly and safely.
