      A foggy morning, but dense fog advisories have been lifted. Visibility was down to less than a quarter of a mile in outlying areas like Winchester, VA and Gaithersburg, MD.{}{} As of 11 a.m. visibility is still only 1/3rd of a mile at Washington Dulles and about 3 miles in The District.{} Here is a snapshot of our roofcam and the fog at 11a.m.{}{}{}{}{}

      {}The afternoon will be cloudy with the best chance of showers between 5pm. and midnight.{} Some light rain and mist will linger into Tuesday morning.{} The cold front will pass Tuesday morning with clearing skies and it will be a blustery afternoon.{} Winds gusts are expected{}to reach{}25mph or{} better.{} Still a little breezy on Wednesday also with Partly Cloudy skies.{} Next chance of rain will be on Thursday afternoon.{} Temperatures will stay mild the first half of the week with highs in the mid 50s.
