Warm but still not humid on this Wednesday in D.C.

Wednesday: Lots Of Sunshine; Hot But Still Not Humid

Highs: Around 90 | Wind: N 5-10

Overnight: Clear To Partly Cloudy

Highs: Around 70 | Wind: SSW 5-10

Thursday: Partly Sunny; Hot & More Humid

Highs: Low to Mid 90s | Wind: S 5-10

Another pleasantly warm but comfortable day featuring low humidity, sunshine and highs around 90 degrees. Tonight under clear to partly cloudy skies temperatures will drop back to around 70 degrees. High pressure will begin to shift to the east for the second half of the week allowing for a return of both heat and humidity. In fact, by Friday out daytime temperatures will be back in the upper 90s to near 100 degrees and when you factor in the humidity it will feel like 101-105 degrees. It is also likely that we will flirt with if not break the old record of 99 degrees set back in 1993. Last, there will be just enough instability around that a couple isolated thunderstorms will be possible during the afternoon, evening and early overnight.
