Today’s Pollen Count of 2124 for tree pollen is the highest pollen count during the month of March during the past 13 years. Microbiologists say it’s mainly due to an early surge in oak tree pollen….having a bad allergy day? Chance are your body does like oak tree pollen.
A FROST ADVISORY is in effect tonight in Frederick County and points westward in MD and along and west of the Blue Ridge in VA.
High pressure moving overhead will create a clear and potentially frosty night across the region. We’ll begin the day with sunshine tomorrow and slowly see increasing cloudiness during the afternoon. A weather disturbance will bring the chance of light rain to the area tomorrow night through Saturday morning. Partial clearing is forecast for Saturday afternoon. Sunday will be partly cloudy and mild BUT an afternoon cold front could produce scattered showers. Sunshine and warmer temperatures are expected on Monday.
