(WJLA) - An update is expected Wednesday on Metro's long-delayed Silver Line. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority board of directors plans to meet for a status update.
Last week, the contractor submitted paperwork, saying phase one, from east Falls Church to Reston, is complete. It's now up to the Airports Authority to verify that.
If the Authority gives the go ahead, the line can be turned over to Metro for 90 days of testing.
