Metro is spending millions of dollars to replace rail cars that were breaking down constantly.

Metro will spend $215 million over the next five years to replace the 100 cars in Metro's 4000-series fleet that have been plagued by problems with brakes, lights and air conditioning, The Washington Post reported.
