(WJLA) The Baltimore Washington Parkway is back open after pieces of concrete were dumped on the road.
Around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, police were called to northbound lanes just after John Hanson Highway. A dump truck apparently left broken pieces of concrete in the road. Police say a black Audi then plowed through the debris and nearly hit an officer. Eventually, police stopped the car.
The driver was arrested and charged with DUI. The road was closed while crews cleaned up the mess.
