Capitals help make dreams come true with Dreams for Kids
ARLINGTON, Va. —
It’s call "Dreams for Kids" and it’s exactly what it sounds like. On Tuesday the Capitals teamed up with Dreams for Kids for the eighth consecutive year to give some 100 special needs kids a chance to get on the ice.
Players Jay Beagle, Taylor Chorney, Matt Niskanen and Brooks Orpik made dreams come true whether it was signing autographs or just handing out hugs. Even former Olympian Jenny Potter was in the mix. See the full story above.
