Redskins use helicopter to dry practice field in Richmond
Drastic times call for drastic measures, especially when it comes to getting a practice field ready for training camp.
That said, the Washington Redskins brought in the big guns to get the grass ready for practice Friday in Richmond.
After two days of drenching rains in Richmond, the Redskins brought in a helicopter to hover over one of the practice fields at the Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center. It was in an attempt to more rapidly dry the grass for the team's workouts.
