Loudoun County 8-year-old sinks half-court game-winning shot (Video)

(WJLA) - A Loudoun County 3rd grader hit the biggest shot of his young life earlier this month.

Jack Miller, an 8-year-old player in the Seneca Ridge River Bend Basketball League, had the ball with time ticking down in his team's first game of the season on Dec. 7.

With the game tied at 12, Miller sent up a prayer from half court at Loews Island Elementary School. It can all be seen in YouTube video posted by the man who shot it and a friend of the Miller family, Adam Armiger.

Jack got nothing but net, sending his teammates and fans into a wild celebration.
