Gov. Bob McDonnell's approval rating is at an all-time low, according to a new Washington Post poll.
Less than half of Virginia's registered voters approve of the job McDonnell is doing. That's down 15 percent from May.
For almost four years, Gov. McDonnell chose not to disclose tens of thousands of dollars in gifts and loans a wealthy businessman and political contributor showered on him and his family. He's taken a lot of heat in the last few months because of the scandal.
The survey also found that most voters do not believe he should step down.
