McAuliffe inauguration ceremony beginning to take shape

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Gov-elect Terry McAuliffe's inaugural is beginning to take shape.

The Democrat's inaugural committee has announced some of the participants in the Jan. 11 event. They include the 29th Infantry Division Band of the Virginia National Guard and the Virginia State University Gospel Chorale.

The Rev. Beverly Ashburn of the Friendship Baptist Church in Newport News will deliver the invocation, while the benediction will be offered by Rabbi Jack Moline of Agudas Achim Congregation in Alexandria.

McAuliffe is succeeding Republican Bob McDonnell.
