The proposed merger between utility giant Exelon and the local electric company Pepco has won approvals across the Mid-Atlantic. with one notable exception - in the District of Columbia, where the public service commission deemed the deal to not be in the public's best interest. Mayor Bowser has entered the discussions and she says the revised deal is worth supporting. But is she right?
