U.S. will arm Syrian rebels

The White House says it has conclusive evidence that Syrian President Bashar Assad's regime used chemical weapons against the opposition. It crossed what President Obama has called a "red line," and triggered greater U.S. involvement in Syria's civil war. Now, the U.S. will provide rebel forces with lethal aid.
