      Superstorm Sandy: One year later

      Hurricane Sandy caused $65 billion in damage and left thousands of people without homes. Months later, Congress passed an emergency relief bill appropriating $60 billion in Sandy relief.

      Now, one year later, a majority of the money hasn't been spent.
