Google introduces prepaid debit card

Google, the world’s No. 1 search engine, has announced it will now offer a prepaid debit card that will allow consumers to buy items and withdraw cash from ATMs, Reuters reports.

The card is only available in the states and lets consumers access funds stored in their Google Wallet accounts. Google Wallet is an app that lets consumers buy items and transfer money to friends.{ }

The Wallet Card can be used at ATMs, banks, and anywhere MasterCard is accepted.

According to the search giant, the card is free{ }and comes{ }without monthly charges or annual fees.{ }It can be ordered online.{ }
