All a North Carolina boy wants for Christmas is for people to be nice to his sister.

Karen Suffern, the mother of a pair of fraternal 8-year-old siblings, asked her children to write their letters to Santa so she could begin budgeting for the holidays.

Suffern, the mother of Ryan and Amber, was shocked to see what her son's letter said.

"I wanted a remote control car and helicopter, but I don't want that anymore," the letter reads. "Kids at school are still picking on Amber and it's not fair.

"She doesn't do anything to them and it makes me mad."

Suffern says she plans to talk to Amber's teachers about the situation. Officials at Rocky Mount Prep Charter School in Rocky Mount, N.C. say that their teachers and staff receive constant training to recognize and address bullying behavior.

"We can assure all of our parents, scholars and community that we will continue to do everything possible to provide (our students) with a positive and safe learning environment," the statement read.
