A magnitude 4.8 earthquake struck near Anchorage, Alaska early Wednesday morning.
The Alaska Dispatch reports that there are no tsunami warnings associated with the earthquake.
Alec Medbery with the West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center says there were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
Anchorage residents, as well as those from Palmer, Wasilla, Talkeetna, Kenai and other communities, reported feeling the earthquake to the U.S. Geological Survey.
