Woman dies after being found shot in a D.C. home, police say
WASHINGTON (ABC7) —
A woman is dead after she was found shot in a home Saturday in D.C., according to police.
The shooting happened at around 8:16 a.m. in the area of the 2200 block of Savannah Terrace SE, according to officials. D.C. Police say they found Shameka Delephine Jones, 32, of D.C. unconscious and later pronounced her dead.
Police later arrested Ronald Randolph Jr., 40, also of DC, and charged him with First Degree Murder while Armed, according to authorities.
