(WJLA) - H Street Northeast is officially going high end when it comes to groceries.
The Washington Business Journal reports that Whole Foods Market has signed a lease to move into a 38,000-square-foot market in the 600 block of H Street NE.
"The H Street corridor is a thriving hub of diversity and cultural richness - a perfect match for Whole Foods Market's goal to support each and every community we're in," Whole Foods regional president Scott Allshouse said in a statement.
Once it opens, Whole Foods will have six locations with in the District of Columbia.
