Westin hotel near BWI evacuated; 9 to hospital with CO exposure

Nine people were taken to a hospital for carbon monoxide exposure Sunday when officials evacuated a Westin hotel about two miles from the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.

Eight of the nine are employees of the hotel and four of those worked in the laundry room. All nine are in stable condition Sunday evening.

The hotel is at 1110 Old Elkridge Landing Road in Linthicum,
