The FBI has added another area fugitive to their “Top 10 Most Wanted” list.

Tuesday, the FBI added Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel who is wanted in the brutal murder of his young wife, Palak Patel.

Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel allegedly murdered his wife at the Dunkin Donuts restaurant in Hanover, Md. just before midnight on April 12, 2015.

The FBI says Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel was born in India and was in the United States illegally. They say his VISA expired in March 2015.

Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel was last seen at a hotel in Newark, New Jersey on April 13, 2015, according to the FBI. They say there is no indication that he was able to legally leave the country, and believe that he may be receiving help from relatives or friends in the New Jersey-area.

Police say Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel struck his 24-year-old wife multiple times with an object causing her death, then fled.

He’s since been charged with first and second-degree murder, assault and a weapons offense.

Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel marks the second fugitive in our area added to FBI's list. William Bradford Bishop Jr., wanted for allegedly bludgeoning to death his mother, his wife, and his three sons on March 1, 1976 in their Bethesda home, is also on the list.

The FBI is also looking for Walter Yovany Gomez, who "brutally murdered a man" in New Jersey, but is thought to be in our area.

The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to Bhadreshkumar Chetanbhai Patel's arrest. If you have information, you are urged to contact 1-800-CALL-FBI.
