Trayon White arrested for unlawful entry, says he's being targeted
A member of the D.C. Board of Education is claiming he was wrongfully arrested on charges of unlawful entry, the Washington City Paper reports.
Trayon White, who represents Ward 8 on the Board, was arrested last Saturday by D.C. Housing Authority police officers while standing outside of the Woodland Terrace public housing complex.
Court records show that White had been barred from the area this past summer, a record that White disputes, saying he feels "disrespected and targeted."
