A second suspect in the 2009 murder of Deuante Ray has been arrested, police say.
Terrell Patton, 19, was arrested Saturday on unrelated charges, but police then identified him as the suspect wanted on an outstanding warrant for the 2009 murder.
Patton was charged with first degree murder while armed for the shooting of Ray, who was 20 years old.
Less than a month after the murder, 19-year-old Emanuel Johnson was arrested and charged with murder in the case.
