REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP) - Delaware fire officials say two teenagers who serve with a volunteer fire company have been arrested in an arson investigation in Rehoboth Beach.
The state fire marshal's office says a 16- and 17-year-old boy were charged Friday with intentionally setting fire to an unoccupied home in the 500 block of South Drive in Tru Vale Acres.
The teenagers, whose names have not been released, face felony charges of arson, burglary and conspiracy. Both are junior members of the Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company.
Officials say the fire caused an estimated $10,000 in damage. No one was injured.
They've been committed to a youth detention center.
