Supreme Court strikes down sex offender social media ban
WASHINGTON (ABC7) —
The Supreme Court ruled Monday on a North Carolina law intended to keep sexual predators away from social media sites children might use.
The court determined it's unconstitutional to ban a sex offender from using social media in general.
Several parents that spoke with ABC7 News had differing opinions on the issue.
