Four men were arrested this week for allegedly sexually assaulting two underage girls after plying them with alcohol in Spotsylvania County.
Authorities say the assault occurred on June 21 but the four men were arrested on Monday.
Spotsylvania County authorities arrested Adam Terry, 42, Justin Terry, Kevin Golighlty, 33, and Cesar Lopez, 23. All men were charged with rape except Adam Terry, who charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and sodomy.
Authorities say Justin Terry brought two girls, ages 14 and 15, to a residence off Hamway Drive. Adam Terry gave the girls alcohol and, after the two girls became intoxicated, the men sexually assaulted them, authorities say.
The men are being held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a no bond status.
