Six Flags America announces plans for new roller coaster
UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (WJLA) - Six Flags America, Maryland's largest theme park, announced plans Thursday morning to build its 10th roller coaster.
The coaster, dubbed the Bourbon Street Fireball, will be seven stories tall and include both forward and backward-facing seats. It will feature multiple 360 degree revolutions and will reverse direction midway through the two-minute trip.
A Six Flags press release did not give a date when the new roller coaster would open.
