Detectives are seeking the public's help in finding a missing woman from Silver Spring who suffers from a mental disorder.
Sibion Alicia Grant, 39, was last seen at her house in the 400 block of Waterford Road on January 26 at 7:30 p.m.
Grant is described as an African-American woman, 5-foot-5 and weighing 140 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes and has a rose tattoo on the right side of her abdomen and multiple piercings in both ears.
She was last seen wearing a light blue "Hello Kitty" shirt, blue jeans and Newport shoes.
Family members told police that she does not have any type of identification on her but that she is able to provide information when requested.
She usually travels on foot as she does not know how to use public transportation.
Family and police are concerned because she suffers from a mental disorder and she is not taking her medications. She may become agitated when approached by people with whom she is unfamiliar.
