Ricky Quan Shelton of Frederick died Sunday at a trauma center in Baltimore. He had been in critical condition since he was struck in the 300 block of North Market Street on May 2.
Shelton was sitting on a loading dock at the former site of the Carmack Jay's grocery store around 12:30 a.m. when Anthony James Cilluffo, 25, struck him.
