A new report is aiming to change a culture of alleged harassment within the Fairfax County Fire Department.

A county executive says the department needs better leadership who can communicate with its 1,500 employees.

Fairfax County leaders focused on the issue of retaliation and harassment after firefighter Nicole Mittendorff killed herself. Mittendorf was reportedly cyberbullied, but it was never confirmed if it played a role in her death.

ABC7 News' Tim Barber has more on this story in the above video.
