RAMMY award winner list honors best of D.C. food scene

      (WJLA) - The Washington Area Restaurant Association handed out its annual RAMMY awards Sunday night, honoring the best in local cuisine across the D.C. area.

      This year's winner included Penn Quarter's Fiola as the best formal fine dining restaurant of the year, The Red Hen in Bloomingdale as the best new restaurant and Haidar Karoum of D.C. restaurants Doi Moi, Estadio and Proof as chef of the year.
