Prince George's County Police will conduct an active-shooter training exercise at High Point High School in Beltsville Friday morning.
Several agencies will take part in the drill. It will simulate multiple shooters inside the building during the school day. More than a hundred Prince George's PD recruits will play the role of students.
The mock drill will begin with a 911 call for a shooter inside the school. The PG Fire Department, Maryland State Police and Montgomery County Police are also participating.
