Police: Va. man says he accidentally shot into neighbor's townhouse while cleaning handgun
PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (ABC7) —
A 69-year-old man was arrested Tuesday after allegedly shooting into a neighboring townhouse on accident while cleaning his handgun, authorities said.
In a press release, the Prince William County Police Department said the gun discharged into two bedrooms, leaving a bullet lodged into the floor, .
Police confirmed no one was shot during the incident and Paul Richard Eller was charged with reckless handling of a firearm.
