Police charge Annapolis man with impersonating officer
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Police in Annapolis have arrested a man they say impersonated a police officer.
Police say they arrested 47-year-old Kevin Hall of Annapolis on Friday after he displayed a badge and tried to get a female driver to pull over.
Police say that Hall was driving a white van and the woman was driving in another vehicle on Forest Drive when a minor traffic accident happened. Police say Hall started following the woman and when both vehicles were stopped he got out, displayed a badge and tried to get the woman to pull over.
Police charged Hall with three counts related to impersonating an officer. He is being held on a $110,000 bond. A telephone message left Saturday at a listing for Hall was not immediately returned.
