Photos released in assault involving Chris Brown's bodyguard
(WJLA) - According to court accounts, a picture of Chris Brown with two fans is the picture that started at all. It was taken by Parker Adams, who was soon bleeding after the photo was taken.
Prosecutors say Adams wanted to join his girlfriend and her friend in the picture, taken outside the W Hotel in D.C. last October. But according to authorities, the star insisted that Adams get out of the picture.
After Adams snapped the photograph, a confrontation quickly ensued, after which authorities say Brown and his bodyguard – Chris Hollosy – punched Adams in the face, resulting in the bloody nose and a shirt stained red.
A picture shows Brown not long after his arrest, cuffed and in custody, and this picture is of Hollosy behind bars that night.
Last month, Hollosy was found guilty and now awaits sentencing. Because his assault trial is over, the court has approved the release of these photographs.
Brown’s trial in D.C. is currently on hold while Hollosy appeals his verdict; meanwhile, Brown’s legal troubles have only deepened. Due to his arrest in Washington, D.C., he faces a probation violation charge in California in connection with the beating of then-girlfriend, Rihanna, in 2009.
If found guilty in that case, Brown could go to jail for four years.
