At Great Falls Elementary School in Northern Virginia there was an extraordinary display of strength and balance.

Two Ninja Warriors stopped by with plenty to show and share.

"Backflips, jumping off, how to climb super high," First Grader Nate Butler explained.

The Sunwarrior food company sent the competitors from the American Ninja Warrior television series. The national tour emphasizes fitness and maintaining a healthy diet.

"Following your dreams is just as important. You can do whatever you want to do. You can be whatever you want to be," Ninja Travis Brewer offered.

"That teaches me I should never give up and should keep trying and trying to live my dream," added Alden Walcott a second grader. At one point, Teacher

Aggie Ramirez got in on the fun allowing the ninjas to hold her in an elevated and impressive pose.

"I was fearful but once I got up there I knew I was in good hands," she said.

Nicholas Coolridge, known as Modern Tarzan told ABC7 News, "People always ask me, 'How do you have so much energy? You are bouncing off of the walls constantly.' Because I love what I do."

And so do the students.
