BALTIMORE (AP) - New Year's Eve fireworks displays are planned for cities around the mid-Atlantic region.
Fireworks will light up both Baltimore's Inner Harbor and the Potomac River near Alexandria, Va., at midnight. The city of Annapolis is also planning fireworks at both 7:30 p.m. and midnight.
