More Troubles for the FEC
The FEC is edging dangerously close to a problematic anniversary. Almost a year ago their General Counsel resigned to reenter the private sector, leaving the position vacant. The head of the legal department is integral to the FEC, and the position’s absence may hurt the Commission’s ability to stay on mission.
