Montgomery County Police search for missing 14-year-old girl

ROCKVILLE, Md.-Investigators are searching for a teen girl who has been missing since April 5, Montgomery County Police said.

Nolvia Alejandra Cubas, 14, was last seen on the 900 block of Grandin Avenue in Rockville, detectives with the agency's family crimes division said.

She is described as Hispanic and standing{ } 5'5" tall and{ } weighing 120 pounds. She has brown eyes and long, black hair.

Police said Cubas likes to frequent the Silver Spring and Hyattsville areas and is very familiar with public transportation.

Police and family are concerned for her welfare because of her age.
