Man killed in I-70 crash in Howard County

FRIENDSHIP, Md. (WJLA) -- A man was killed Wednesday when his car rear-ended a truck that had broken down along Interstate 70 near the Route 32 intersection in Howard County, according to the Maryland State Police.

The victim of the 9 a.m. crash was identified as Mark Eric Frazier II, 22, of Cooksville.

Police said the driver of the truck was not hurt.

The interstate was closed for about three hours following the crash.
