A Lorton business owner is recovering, after he was burned and his sub shop destroyed by an explosive device Wednesday morning.

And tonight, Only on 7, he talked from his hospital bed with ABC7's Jeff Goldberg.

Fairfax police have made no arrests in this case and have no suspects, but say this is a very active investigation and that they are speaking with plenty of persons of interest who may be connected to this explosion.

The victim of the attack says he wants justice.

Lawrence Reese remembers the moments before the blast. He was re-stocking bread in the sub shop.

Then, suddenly, an explosion ripped through his sandwich shop.

Reese ran into the parking lot, dazed, screaming, his arm still on fire.

And the scene was chaotic, with fireighters all over, people from nearby businesses outside stunned and shaken by the blast.

Almost immediately police and K-9 units began searching for the those responsible for the crime, a search that continues.

Several months ago the Lorton Sub Shop was hit by vandals who did serious damage, requiring a complete re-modeling.

Reese is convinced the same people are responsible this time, too.
