Justin Wolfe: Defense seeks to halt retrial for murder

Lawyers for a Virginia man whose murder conviction and death sentence were thrown out will try Tuesday to get a judge to stop prosecutors from re-trying him.

Justin Wolfe was convicted in 2002{ }and sent him to death row for the murder of fellow drug dealer Daniel Petrole. But a federal court overturned Wolfe's conviction last year after the prosecution’s star witness recanted his testimony.{ }

Wolfe’s lawyers say prosecutors recently met with Owen Barber, and tried to coerce him into changing his testimony again.{ }
