(WJLA) - A Springfield man was arrested Wednesday after allegedly driving under the influence of drugs with his two kids in the car.
Josuha Beruete, 25, was found unconscious in a car outside a Sterling home just before midnight Wednesday, authorities say. A resident of a nearby home found a child inside their house, then found Beruete and another child inside a nearby parked car.
Beruete was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, two counts of felony child endangerment and driving on a revoked license. The kids were returned to relatives of the suspect.
The suspect is being held at a Loudoun County jail without bond.
