Greenbelt community considers smoking ban

A community in Greenbelt, Maryland is considering an anti-smoking rule.

According to the Washington Post, Greenbelt Homes, Incorporated is a cooperative that owns about 1,600 row houses.

Under a new proposal, resident would be allowed to ban smoking, if all of those living in a row of four to five homes agree, the Post reports.

The ban would then be written into their mutual ownership contract.{ }
