Fairfax home invasion, robbery suspects sought

      Fairfax County Police are on the hunt for two armed men suspected of carrying out a home invasion and robbery near the campus of George Mason University.

      Five{}males - all students at George Mason University -{}were inside the home on Carriage Park Road when the suspects broke in around 11 p.m. Tuesday and demanded that they get on the floor, police say.

      "It's just a surreal feeling having a gun pointed in your face and having a gun pointed at your roommates," says Pat Evans, one of the victims.

      The gunmen wore masks and ordered the students to ground. As soon as one looked away, Evans called cops. When he was on the phone with 911, the suspects grabbed what they could and fled.

      The thieves got away with more than $3,000-worth of electronics, including an iPad, iPod and laptop computer.

      The invasion happened one block from the college campus, in a relatively quiet and safe neighborhood. Word of the incident spread quickly, leaving neighbors like Jarel Black on guard

      "We used to keep our door open, but after hearing this, we're keeping it locked now," Black says.

      No injuries were reported.

      Police canvassed the area with a canine dogs and a helicopter overhead, but the suspects have not been found.
